Tracking sales quota metrics

About Sales Quota Metrics (Advanced Fields)
Sales Quota Metrics (Advanced Fields) are Autotask fields that track the revenue streams that contribute to your sales revenue, such as Setup Fees, Hardware Fees, and Monthly License fees. They belong to the Opportunity entity in Autotask, and track forecasted or actual sub-revenue streams. Unlike other Autotask system fields, they can be re-labeled to reflect your business model.
Advanced Fields are populated on the Details panel of the New/Edit Opportunity page. See The Details panel field definitions.
Data entered in the numbered fields is available in pipeline reports and LiveReports. When the opportunity is closed, the data is tracked as closed revenue on the Opportunities Closed this Month vs Quota by Revenue Type widgets that can be displayed on the CRM dashboards.
Users with permission to configure Sales & Opportunities can customize the field labels for Sales Quota Metrics (Advanced Fields), and decide which sub-revenue streams will be included in the graph.
- To open the page, use the path(s) in the Security and navigation section above.
- Click on a row to put it in Edit mode.
- Change the field name.
- Select or clear the Displays on CRM Dashboard check box.

Puts the selected row into Edit mode or opens the Edit <Option> dialog. The fields that can be edited are usually the ones you populate when you create a new list item. Make your changes and click Save, or Cancel. NOTE On some pages, you may not be able to edit System options. |
