Transferring organizations
SECURITY Security level with Admin permission to configure Organizations & Contacts. Refer to Organizations & Contacts.

Account transfer is a utility that allows you to transfer all organizations, opportunities, to-dos and activities assigned to one resource to a different one. Use this utility when a sales team member leaves the organization.
How to...
- To open the page, use the path(s) in the Security and navigation section above.
- Choose the From Resource and the To Resource from the drop-down lists of your resources.
A list of organizations, opportunities, to-dos and activities assigned to both resources is displayed below the resource name.
- To initiate the transfer, click Transfer.
- Click OK in the dialog box to confirm the transfer.
The organizations, opportunities, to-dos and activities are reassigned to the To Resource.
