NAVIGATION Service Call Lists
To open the page, use the path(s) in the Security and navigation section above. Right-click menus on service calls and the tasks and tickets contained in them give you quick access to a variety of related options.

Both unscheduled tickets and tickets already assigned to a service call can be managed on the Dispatch Calendar. Right-click a ticket to access the following options:

Edit Ticket | Opens the Edit Ticket page. Refer to Adding, copying, and editing tickets. | ||
Add Note | Opens the New Note page. Refer to Adding a note to a task or ticket. | ||
Enter Time | Opens the Time Entry page. Refer to Adding a ticket time entry. | ||
Enter Time for Service Call | Opens the time entry page. The Date, Start Time and End Time fields will be populated with the service call's date, start time and end time. The service call's Description will populate the time entry Summary Notes field. NOTE Service calls can span several days, but time entries cannot be longer than 23 h 59 m. You must create a separate time entry for each day. |

Add to My Work List | Adds the ticket to your Work List. Refer to Using work lists. | ||
Add to Primary Resource's Work List | Adds the ticket to the assigned Primary Resource's Work List. Refer to Using work lists. | ||
Manage Scheduled Resources | Opens the Scheduled Resources page. Refer to Managing resources assigned to a service call. | ||
Remove from Service Call | Removes the ticket from the service call. If the service call does not contain any tickets or tasks, it only appears in the schedule if Show Calls with No Scheduled Resources is selected. | ||
Add to New Service Call | Click to schedule a new service call and include the selected item. | ||
Add to Scheduled Service Call | Click to add the ticket to a previously scheduled Service Call. |
