Disconnecting a QuickBooks Online Integration app
There are several reasons why a QuickBooks Online Integration app might need to be disconnected and reconnected:
- The resource which initially configured the integration has left or changed their username/password.
- The resource has changed the username/password for the Autotask API user account used to connect the app.
- Product Support requests disconnecting as a troubleshooting step.
- Datto pushed out an update. When we push out an update, you will have to disconnect and reconnect your integration app to get the latest version. Settings and options might have changed, and since transfers are happening on an ongoing basis, we don't want a setting to become null, so we force you to reconnect the app.
NOTE Before you disconnect, take a screenshot of your current settings so you can reconfigure the settings when you reconnect.
- Open the Intuit QuickBooks My Apps page.
- Under Autotask Invoices or Expenses, click Disconnect.
Once disconnected, you must reconnect following the steps under Setup, Autotask Expenses to QuickBooks Online setup or Autotask Purchase Orders to QuickBooks Online setup.
